Background

Emily joined 3volution in April 2022, having previously worked at a global law firm where she was exposed to a number of practice areas. She enjoys the wide variety of work in the corporate area and now has over 6 years’ experience in corporate related transactions.

Emily enjoys working directly with owner-managers to build relationships and support them in the growth of their businesses. She finds it rewarding to see the difference that the team’s work makes to businesses and their owners.

Qualifications & expertise

Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lincoln and a Master of Laws degree from Leeds Beckett University.

Emily covers all areas of corporate law and transactions, including venture capital and private equity deals, business sales and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, and security arrangements.

Outside of work, Emily:
1. Has a very lively cocker spaniel, so she’s out walking a lot!
2. Enjoys hiking and spending her spare time in the Lake District
3. Can be found baking a fresh batch of brownies
