Background

Emma joined 3volution in 2019 after working at a global law firm. She has specialised in corporate related transactions for over six years. Emma decided to pursue a career in corporate law because she enjoys the methodical, organised and varied nature of the work.

Emma particularly likes the personal side of the work, such as getting to know 3volution’s clients, their businesses and what’s important to them whilst helping them achieve their objectives.

Emma has a key focus on project management to ensure that transactions, particularly M&A transactions, investments and reorganisations, are organised and run smoothly in order to achieve her clients’ aims and objectives within the desired timeframe.

Qualifications & expertise

Emma studied law in Leeds, where she was born and raised. After completing her degree at the University of Leeds, Emma went on to study a master’s degree in Legal Practice, in which she achieved a Distinction.

Emma oversees all aspects of corporate law and transactions, including business sales and purchases, management buy-outs, shareholders agreements, re-organisations and venture capital and private equity investment transactions.

1. Walking in the countryside with her dog.
2. Relaxing spa days.
3. Trying out new recipes in the kitchen with a nice glass of wine.
