Jonathan Priestley

Jonathan is a qualified solicitor with a master’s degree in business administration. Prior to co-founding 3volution, Jonathan was a partner in the corporate department at Addleshaw Goddardand head of the corporate and banking department at another Leeds based legal practice. Jonathan specialises in venture capital and private equity work, mergers and acquisitions and corporate re-organisation and reconstruction. With an extensive career spanning over 30 years, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise in corporate transactions, having represented sellers in more than 200 business transactions throughout his professional journey.
