Jonathan is the founder of 3volution and has an extensive career spanning over 35 years, advising business owners, managers and investors in private companies.

Born and bred in Yorkshire, he believes in a straightforward and personal approach. Jonathan provides clear and pragmatic corporate legal advice to businesses from start-up, through their growth and development phase, to a successful sale.

He brings a wealth of expertise in corporate transactions and is highly regarded for his in-depth knowledge, having been ranked as a Band 1 Lawyer by Chambers UK for Corporate M&A: SME/Owner-managed Businesses for the Yorkshire region in the UK Guide 2025.

Interests

Spending time with his grandson, watching rugby, building dry stone walls and heading to the pub for a pint (or several) of ale.
